Important notice about Fogster

On November 1, 2018 Fogster is no longer in operation. Businesses or individuals interested in reaching residents of the San Francisco Peninsula or Tri-Valley in the East Bay may contact Embarcadero Media to learn about other advertising options.

Embarcadero Media's four newspapers offer categories for Home Services, Business Services and Employment. All legal advertising, such as Fictitious Business Name Statements, Probate or Name Change will continue to be published, as always, in each newspaper.

Fogster was an innovation in online advertising initiated by Embarcadero Media in 2005. It was one of the first such services at the time. But in recent years Fogster and similar services have become dominated by out-of-area businesses or individuals seeking to take advantage of the system. We have concluded that local businesses can be better served by our closing Fogster and creating attractive alternatives.
