Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood (Portola Valley)
Priory Theater presents “The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood” by Mary Lynn Dobson, a staggeringly ludicrous, fun for the whole family, Monty Python-esque retelling of the classic tale. All your favorite characters are there but with some wondrous twists: Robin Hood (a man with an ENORMOUS ego), the imprisoned Maid Marion (a woman obsessed with skin conditions who can wield insults as effectively as a sword), her “hyper-tastic” Lady in Waiting (whose screams for help give Air-Raid sirens a run for their money), the evil Prince John (“Boo! Hiss! Boo! Hiss!”), the Sheriff of Nottingham (who’d much rather bowl than shoot arrows), and the dim-witted (but ever helpful) spoon-wielding Merry Men. Appropriate for all ages! The show plays May 3rd, 4th and 5th at 7:00. Tickets are $5 for Students/Children and $15 for Adults and can be purchased at https://priory.ticketleap.com/robin-hood or at the Door. Woodside Priory School, 302 Portola Road, Portola Valley, CA 94028

Participate Wanted in Online Stu (San Francisco)
Why do some people regularly report feeling relaxed/happy after using cannabis (pot, weed, marijuana), while others go through anxiety and other negative effects? We are researchers based at the University of Wollongong (NSW, Australia) interested in understanding psychological factors (such as personality) involved in shaping typical experiences of cannabis' effects. Our study involves an online survey (approx. 45 mins), which may be accessed at this link along with more details on our project: https://www.psytoolkit.org/cgi-bin/psy2.4.1/survey?s=3zhjw If you are any age above 18, we would like to hear from you even if you are not currently using cannabis, or have not ever tried it in your life. Thank you for considering our research. Your interest, time and input are very much appreciated.
